1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the flyVia website and services. By using flyVia you accept them.
2. Our role
flyVia searches flight inventory supplied by third-party providers and, where you book through us, acts as an intermediary between you and the airline. The transport contract is formed with the airline; flyVia is not the carrier.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are re-checked against live availability before payment and can change until booking confirmation. A transparent service fee is shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by our payment provider; your booking is only confirmed once the airline confirms your ticket.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and change rights depend on the fare rules of your ticket, shown before purchase. Where refunds are due, they are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Liability
flyVia is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for personal injury without limitation. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Governing law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
